Warisan TC Holdings Berhad is an investment holding company. Its segments include machinery, travel and car rental, automotive and other operations. The machinery segment distributes an array of equipment and machinery, encompassing a wide range of brands and types, which includes Sumitomo excavators, SDLG wheel loaders, Sakai compactors, Gehl backhoe loaders, John Deere tractors, golf and turf equipment, Tonly off-road trucks, Unicarriers forklifts and karcher sweepers. The travel and car rental segment operates two business divisions under the Mayflower brand, namely the Travel division (Mayflower Travel) and Car Rental division (Mayflower Car Rental). The automotive segment is engaged in the distribution of light commercial truck, heavy commercial truck and passenger vehicle. It also provides used vehicle auction and trading services and assembly of passenger vehicle. Other operations segment includes property investment and consumers products, such as cosmetics and under-garments.
