Wanguo International Mining Group Limited Appoints Li Hongchang as Independent Non-Executive Director and Member of the Audit Committee

This board of directors of Wanguo International Mining Group Limited announced that Mr. Li Hongchang has been appointed as an independent non-executive director and a member of the audit committee of the company with effect from December 28, 2012. He has been an executive vice president of Jiangxi Mining Council since September 2009.
