Wai Chun Group Holdings Limited Announces Resignation of Chen Dairong as an Independent Non-Executive Director, and a Members of Audit Committee, Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee

The board of directors of Wai Chun Group Holdings Limited announced that on 12 October 2021, Ms. Chen Dairong ("Ms. Chen") has resigned as an Independent Non-executive Director, and ceased to be the members of Audit Committee, Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee of the Company. Ms. Chen has to resign from the Board as she wishes to devote more time to her personal commitments.
