VWF Bancorp, Inc. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended March 31, 2024. For the third quarter, the company reported net interest income was USD 1.38 million compared to USD 1.14 million a year ago. The Bank is a federally chartered mutual thrift engaged primarily in the business of making residential mortgage loans and accepting deposits. The Bankâs operations are conducted through its office located in Van Wert, Ohio. The Bankâs business consists primarily of taking deposits from the public and investing those deposits, together with funds generated from operations, in one- to-four-family residential mortgage loans secured by properties located in its primary market area. The Bank considers Van Wert County, located in northwest Ohio, to be its primary market area for originating loans and gathering deposits. The Bank also originates commercial real estate loans, agricultural real estate loans, construction, and land loans, commercial and industrial loans, home equity lines of credit, and consumer loans. The Bankâs loan portfolio consists primarily of residential mortgage loans.
