Vsolar Group Berhad announced cessation of office of Encik Abdul Menon Bin Arsad @ Abdul Manan Bin Arshad, aged 76, as member of remuneration committee effective from 28 April 2023. Composition of Remuneration Committee(Name and Directorate of members after change): Mr. Ng Chee Kin (Chairman /Independent Non-Executive Director), Mr. Chuah Hoon Hong (Member /Independent Non-Executive Director).
