Decision handed down by the Paris Criminal Court concerning VAT fraud with respect to the CO2tax

The Paris Criminal Court, in its decision of 11 January 2012, admitted VOLTALIA's independent civil claim for damages.

The Court also found that VOLTALIA suffered moral damages and ordered that VOLTALIA be paid fifteen thousand euros in reparation of legal expenses incurred, in accordance with article 475-1 of the French Criminal Procedure Code.

VOLTALIA specifies that it ceased to provide intermediation services for the CO2 market in the summer of 2009.
