Hirokazu Morita, President at Atlas signed a share transfer agreement to acquire 80% stake in Atlas Consulting Co., Ltd. from VLC Holdings Co., Ltd. (NSE:2467) for ¥320 on November 27, 2012. Hirokazu Morita is acquiring 320 shares of Atlas Consulting Co., Ltd. representing 80% stake. For the period ending March, 2012, Atlas Consulting Co., Ltd. reported total assets of ¥19 million, net liabilities of ¥42 million, sales of ¥21 million, operating loss of ¥2 million and net loss of ¥7 million.
