Vista Land & Lifescapes, Inc. at its organizational meeting held on June 15, 2017, approved the appointment of Fritzie B. Loayon as Chief Audit Executive. In the same meeting, the company also appointed Manuel B. Villar, Jr., Jerylle Luz C. Quismundo and Ruben 0. Fruto (Independent Director) as Nomination Committee Members; Manuel Paolo A. Villar, Camille A. Villar and Marilou Adea (Independent Director) as Compensation and Remuneration Committee Member and Marilou Adea (Independent Director), Ruben 0. Fruto (Independent Director) and Cynthia J. Javarez Audit Committee Members.
