Vista Land & Lifescapes, Inc. at its board meeting held on August 13, 2020, the following changes to the composition of the Company's Audit Committee and Board Risk Oversight Committee were also made in compliance with the Company's Manual of Corporate Governance: Resignation of Cynthia Javarez from the Audit Committee as Member and appointment as Member of the Board and Risk Oversight Committee. Resignation of Manuel Paolo A. Villar from the Board and Risk Oversight Committee as Member and appointment of Frances Rosalie T. Coloma as Member of the Audit Committee.
