Viomi Technology Co., Ltd Announces Resignation of Mr. Shun Jiang as Chief Financial Officer

Viomi Technology Co. Ltd. announced that Mr. Shun Jiang has tendered his resignation as Chief Financial Officer of the Company for personal reasons, effective immediately. The Company has commenced the search for Mr. Jiang’s replacement and is committed to moving quickly to fill the role. The company’s finance team will report to Mr. Xiaoping Chen, Founder, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of Viomi, in the interim.
VIOMI TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD is a China-based company principally engaged in the operation of Internet of Things (IoT) Home platform, through which provides IoT products, together with a suite of complementary consumable products and value-added businesses. The Company is mainly engaged in the research, development and sales of IoT-enabled smart home products, including flagship line of smart water purification systems, smart kitchen products and other smart products. In addition, the Company provides complementary consumable products, including water purifier filters, as well as value-added businesses, including the sales of other products, such as water quality meters and water filter pitchers.
