Vimta Labs Limited announced cessation of Independent Director Popuri Adeyya Chowdary with effect from June 30, 2020 as he would be attaining the age of 75 years on July 1, 2020 which is the maximum age limit for a Non- Executive Director as per the Regulation 17(IA) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Regulations, 2015 to continue the directorship of a Non-Executive Director.
