Village Roadshow Limited announced at its 2013 Annual General Meeting that it has agreed to appoint current Executive Chairman Mr. Robert Kirby and current Chief Executive Officer Mr. Graham Burke as Co-Executive chairman and Co- Chief Executive Officers. Both Co-CEO and Co-Executive Chairman appointments are with immediate effect.
