Village Roadshow Limited announced that Mr. Shaun Driscoll has retired as a Company Secretary of the company effective February 22, 2019. Mr. Simon Phillipson has been appointed as Company Secretary and will join Ms Julie Raffe who continues in her role as Joint Company Secretary.
