ABC Data S.A.'s Board intends to launch an Equity Buyback.

ABC Data S.A. intends to commence a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 2,500,000 shares, at a purchase price of not less than PLN 1 per share and no more than PLN 2.57 per share.
