ABC Data : Notice of the initiation of an overview of strategic options for the development of the Issuer

Subject: Change in the ownership of shares by Aviva Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny BZ WBK

The Management Board of ABC Data S.A. (hereinafter the "Company") informs that today it received the following notification:

"In accordance with the obligation resulting from Art. 69 (1) of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies (Journal of Laws 2013, item 1382, consolidated text) we hereby inform that as a result of the transaction of the disposal of shares of ABC Data S.A. (hereinafter the "Company") with its registered office in Warsaw, concluded on 23 December 2016, Aviva Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny Aviva BZ WBK ("Aviva OFE") decreased its share in the total number of votes in the Company below 5%.

Prior to the settlement of the aforementioned transaction, at 27 December 2016 Aviva OFE held 6,269,971 shares of the Company, corresponding to 5.01% of its share capital (issued shares) and constituting 6,269,971 votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders, which translated into 5.01% of the total number of votes.

After the settlement of the aforementioned transaction, at 28 December 2016 Aviva OFE held 6,229,971 shares of the Company, corresponding to 4.97% of its share capital (issued shares) and constituting 6,229,971 votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders, which translated into 4.97% of the total number of votes."
