Vimpelcom, working under the Beeline brand, upgraded and expanded its network in the city and region of Krasnoyarsk in 2013. The number of base stations increased by 38%, and 87% of 3G base stations were transferred to IP and HSPA+ equipment. The operator doubled the length of its fibre lines, and the bandwidth increased by 50%.
The number of smartphones registered on the network grew by 49%, and the number of tablets tripled.
