The Board of Directors of Venture Corporation Limited (the "Company") announced the appointment of Zhang Yanqiu Juliana as Company Secretary & Head, Corporate Affairs of the Company with effect from 1 July 2023. The current Company Secretary, Devika Rani Davar, will relinquish the position on 30 June 2023.
