Venky's Limited Appoints Col. (Retd.) Surinder Kumar as Additional Director, Independent Non Executive Director and as Audit Committee

Venky's (India) Limited announced that Board meeting held on February 20, 2012, has appointed Col. (Retd.) Surinder Kumar as an Additional Director of the company with immediate effect and he shall act as an Independent Non Executive Director of the company. Col. (Retd.) Surinder Kumar is also appointed as a member of the Audit Committee of the company with effect from February 20, 2012. The appointment of Col. (Retd.) Surinder Kumar is to fill the vacancy caused due to demise of Mr. B. G. Deshmukh on August 07, 2011.
