Vaptsarov : VAPTECH Had the Pleasure to Participat...

On the 23rd of March, VAPTECH had the pleasure to take part in Junior Achievements 'Manager for a Day' program. The program gives a chance for all types of companies to open their doors to highly motivated students in an effort to give them an taste of the corporate world. Due to Covid-19, the program was held online, however, from our experience, it did not fail to meet expectations and even gave a chance to show more of VAPTECH to the students. Three students, Angela Baleva, Alexander Nikolov and Hristo Nedelkov were selected to participate in our Purchasing department, Software & Automation department and our Marketing department. VAPTECH had the opportunity to give the students a virtual tour of our factory with our latest 3D scan walthrough and present our corporate presentation. Each department had to assign tasks to the students for which they had to provide solutions for.

The feedback from all participants and mentors in the program was very positive. All participants expressed that the program is a great chance to introduce young people to the activities in the coporate world, to get interesting ideas for their future development and a chance to meet potential future employees.

Following our partnership with Junior Achievement and membership with the UN Global Compact, it was a great pleasure for VAPTECH to participate in the program. Our doors are always open!
