CHANGE OF DATE OF BOARD MEETING

Reference is made to the announcement of Values Cultural Investment Limited (the "Company") dated 9 March 2021 relating to the date of meeting (the "Board Meeting") of the board (the "Board") of directors (the "Directors") of the Company for the purposes of, among other things, considering and approving the final results of the Company and its subsidiaries (the "2020 Final Results") for the year ended 31 December 2020 and its publication and considering the recommendation on payment of a final dividend, if any.

The Board hereby announces that the Board Meeting initially scheduled to be held on Friday, 26 March 2021 has been re-scheduled to Monday, 29 March 2021 as additional time is required to finalise the 2020 Final Results.
