IN RELATION TO GRANT OF SHARE OPTIONS
The board of directors of Value Partners Group Limited (the "Company") refers to the announcement of the Company dated 12 March 2021 relating to the grant of Options, terms defined in which have the same meanings in this announcement. The Board wishes to clarify that the Options were granted to four members of senior management of the Group's China Business team (not being directors of the Company).
