CESSATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY - MR. TEO MENG KEONG

The Board of Directors of Vallianz Holdings Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce the cessation of Mr Teo Meng Keong ("Mr Teo") as the Company Secretary of the Company as he has passed away on 23 January 2018.

Ms Loo Choon Keow will remain as Sole Company Secretary of the Company.

We extend our deepest condolences to his family and express our appreciation to Mr Teo for his invaluable contribution to the Company during his tenure in office.
