Valiant Co.,Ltd approved final cash dividend of CNY 2.04 per 10 shares (tax included) for the year 2019.
The company also approved election of Huang Yiwu & Gao Yonghua as non-independent directors. The company also approved election of Liu Jipeng, Cui Zhijuan, & Sui Shengqiang as independent directors.
