China Energy Conservation Environmental Group Co., Ltd signed the Freehold Transfer Agreement to acquire additional 20.54% stake in Valiant Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002643) from China Energy Conservation (Shandong) Investment Development Co., Ltd at nil consideration on November 12, 2018. Under the terms, China Energy Conservation Environmental will acquire 186.8 million A shares and increase the shareholding from 56.2 million shares (6.18%) to 242.97 million shares (26.73%) in Valiant. The transaction has obtained the necessary authorization and approval and does not need to be submitted to the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission for approval.
