Telecube Services, Co., Ltd. (headquartered in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, President & CEO Yoshihiro Oyamada), which operates the private room work booth "Telecube," is pleased to announce that MUFG Bank, Ltd. (headquartered in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, President & CEO Junichi Hanzawa) will utilize Telecube to offer a new service that allows customers to consult about asset management for a limited period. As a result, customers will be able to receive the online consultation service offered by MUFG Bank, Ltd. at some Telecubes in the Marunouchi and Yurakucho areas.

◆Background of cooperation between MUFG Bank and Telecube

MUFG Bank, Ltd. has developed various branches and channels in response to changes in the world, and in February 2023, launched an online consultation service for asset management and opened a digital channel that allows customers to consult on investment management at home.

Meanwhile, the Telecube is a private work booth with excellent sound insulation and privacy protection and has recently seen an increase in use not only for business purposes but also for private consultations, counseling, and other highly confidential services.

By enabling online consultation from the "Telecube" in collaboration with the Telecube services, MUFG Bank, Ltd. aims to create a new customer experience where office workers can consult on asset management even during their break time.
