Conclusion of annexes to the agreements with Bank Millennium S.A.

Message:

The Management Board of the Issuer informs that on the 13th December 2016 the Issuer was informed about signing by URSUS S.A. and Bank Millennium S.A. with the seat in Warsaw annexes to the following agreements:

- Annex to the overdraft facility agreement of 16.09.2008, as amended, in the actual amount 10.000.000 PLN, extending the duration of the agreement till 31.12.2017,

- Annex to the revolving credit agreement of 23.05.2013, as amended, in the actual amount 12.000.000 PLN, extending the duration of the agreement till 15.12.2017,

- Annex to the agreement for the line of bank warranties and documentary letters of credit of 08.01.2013, as amended, extending duration of the line till 15.12.2016, according to which the line amount was increased from 8.000.000 PLN to 12.000.000 PLN,

Annex to the working capital credit Agreement of 19.12.2013, as amended, in the actual amount 12.000.000 PLN, extending the duration of the agreement till 15.12.2017,

- Annex to the revolving credit agreement of 16.12.2014, as amended, in the amount 5.000.000 PLN, extending the duration of the agreement till 15.12.2017,

- Annex to factoring agreement of 22.11.2012, as amended, in the unchanged amount 13.000.000 PLN, extending the duration of the agreement till 13.12.2017.

The other provisions of all above mentioned agreements with Bank Millennium S,A., including types of security, remain unchanged.

According to the Individual Reporting Standard of URSUS S.A., adopted by the issuer with reference to the reporting obligations resulting from the Market Abuse Regulation, the above-mentioned agreements are considered to be material due to the fact that their total value exceeds 10% of the equity of the Issuer's Capital Group.
