DLTx ASA: Notice of termination of business combination agreement

(Oslo, 13 March 2023) DLTx ASA ("DLTx", OSE: DLTX) announces that on 13 March
2023 it received a notice from BMAQ unilaterally terminating the business
combination agreement effective immediately. 

The BMAQ termination is based on alleged breaches by the Company of the business
combination agreement. DLTx strongly disputes BMAC's assertion that there has
been any breach by DLTx. In the event any claims are actually made by BMAQ, DLTx
intends to vigorously resist and defend such claims.
