(SHSE:601231) for approximately CNY 130 million on January 12, 2018. Ping An Insurance (Group) Company of China, Ltd sold 1.7 million shares. In related transaction, Universal Scientific Industrial (Shanghai) Co., Ltd sold 0.32 million shares in Tencent Holdings Limited (SEHK:700).
