Unitrontech Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A142210) agreed to acquire GPI Co., Ltd. from Jinju Gu, Sanggon Kim and others on April 16, 2020. GPI current has 0.16 million shares. Unitrontech acquired 1.4 million stocks for KRW 5.8 billion and the deal is a cash acquisition consisting of acquisition of existing shares and acquisition of new shares through paid-in capital increase. Post acquisition, Unitrontech will own 1.4 million shares of GPI. Jinju Gu held 0.5 million shares and Sanggon Kim held 0.11 million shares of GPI. For the year ending December 2019, GPI reported sales of KRW 16.6 billion and net loss of KRW 3.8 billion. As of December 2019, GPI reported total assets of KRW 23.7 billion and net liabilities of KRW 10.2 billion. Unitrontech's Board of resolution (decision) date is April 16, 2020. The expected date of acquisition is the payment date for payment of paid-in capital increase. The date of acquisition is April 22, 2020.
