For the full year, the company announced net interest income was USD 33.042 million compared to USD 28.895 million a year ago. Net income was USD 13.755 million compared to USD 10.661 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 4.21 compared to USD 3.26 a year ago.

Its core business operations are conducted through its subsidiaries, Union Bank and UBC Risk Management, Inc. (UBC Risk Management).
