Unimers India Limited is an India-based company. The Company is engaged in manufacturing ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) rubber. During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2013 (fiscal 2013), the Company had installed capacity of 10, 000 metric tons of EPM/EPDM. The Company's plant is located at Turbhe, Navi Mumbai. During fiscal 2013, the Company's manufacturing operations were closed. During fiscal 2013, the Company does not carry out any production activity. No new development activities having been carried out, no additional benefits were derived during the year. The Company's manufacturing operations have been closed since June 26, 2008.
