UNIBEP S.A. (WSE:UNI) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 1,000,000 shares, representing 2.85% of its issued share capital. The shares will be purchased at a price of PLN 10.72 (US$2.63) per share for a total of PLN 10.72 million.
