Daiichi Commodities Co.,Ltd. (JASDAQ:8746) announced a private placement of 88,500 first stock acquisition rights at a price of ¥203 for gross proceeds of ¥17,965,500 on March 16, 2021. The transaction will include participation from SGR Fund L.P. Each stock acquisition right is exercisable into 100 shares at a exercise price of ¥152 per share from April 15, 2021 to March 31, 2022. The transaction has been approved by board of directors of the company and is still subject to approval at the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders scheduled to be held on April 14, 2021. The transaction is expected to close on April 15, 2021.
