The Board of Unitech Corporate Parks PLC ("UCP" or the "Company") announces that Mr Terence Mahony has today decided not to take-up his appointment as a non-executive director of the Company. After careful consideration, Mr Mahony has determined that he would not be able to devote sufficient time to his role as a director of UCP in view of his existing commitments as a director of a number of other companies.
