UCloud Technology Co., Ltd. announced that the company implements the scheme of rights and interests distribution for 2019 as follows: a cash dividend of RMB 0.05 (taxes included) per A share. Record date is August 17, 2020, ex-dividend date is August 18, 2020 and cash dividend payable date is August 18, 2020.
