27th April 2012 (1st call) 28th April 2012 (2nd call)	Registered Shareholders' meeting of UBI Banca
14th May 2012	Approval of the first quarter report of UBI Banca as at and for the period ended 31st March 2012
21st May and 24th May 2012	Ex-dividend date and dividend payment date respectively, if approved by the registered Shareholders' meeting
27th August 2012	Approval of the half year report of UBI Banca as at and for the period ended 30th June 2012
13th November 2012	Approval of the nine months report of UBI Banca as at and for the period ended 30th September 2012
