U10 SA Reports Consolidated Earnings Results for the Second Half and Full Year 2016; Proposes Dividend for the Year 2016, Payable on July 5, 2017

U10 SA reported consolidated earnings results for the second half and full year 2016. For the second half, the company reported sales of 98.930 million, EBITDA of 7.889 million, current operating income of 6.678 million, operating profit of 6.525 million and net income of 4.382 million.
For the year, the company reported sales of 198.613 million against 238.218 million a year ago. EBITDA was 13.443 million against 12.433 million a year ago. Current operating income was 11.712 million against 11.923 million a year ago. Operating profit was 11.033 million against 11.759 million a year ago. Net income was 7.153 million against 7.301 million a year ago. Revenue declined, in line with the plan previously announced, though was of better quality, reflecting U10's focus on profitability.
The Board of Directors will accordingly propose to the general meeting of the shareholders of 15 June a dividend of 0.30 per share with a payment date of 5 July 2017.
Since 1994, U10 Corp has been a BtoB supplier of home furnishings, delivering to its customers' points of sale in more than 50 countries.
In Europe, U10 Corp is a permanent supplier to the retail sector, mainly for household linen, pet supplies, bathroom accessories, household and storage accessories. Through its "Douceur d'intérieur", "Love Story" and "Homéa" brands, the collection represents 20,000 items in 15 universes delivered to over 5,000 addresses throughout the year.
Through its Asia division, U10 Corp organizes, monitors and controls production and product quality for its own imports and for its customers.
