On January 31, 2023, U.S. Energy Corp. ("U.S. Energy" or the "Company") issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly dividend of $0.0225 per share of common stock outstanding. The dividend will be paid on February 23, 2023 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on February 10, 2023. A copy of the press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated by reference in this Item 7.01.
