Within the framework of the resolutions made by Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. Board of Directors at the meeting dated 28 January 2021, Mr. Sabri Gökmenler, Head of Information Technologies Division and Mr. Sezgin Lüle, Head of Enterprise Architecture Division have been assigned as Deputy Chief Executives after the necessary notifications to be made and the permissions to be obtained from the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency.
This is the translation of the Turkish public disclosure made by Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. through the Public Disclosure Platform, under the Material Events Guideline prepared in accordance with the Communique of Material Events, numbered II-15.1. According to the Material Events Guideline and the regulations, the Turkish public disclosure shall prevail.
