Truwin Company Limited announces an Equity Buyback for KRW 2,000 million worth of its shares.

Truwin Company Limited (KOSDAQ:A105550) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to KRW 2,000 million worth of its shares under the contract with Samsung Securities Co. Ltd. The purpose of the program is to improve the shareholders' value and the stock price stabilization.

The program will be valid till November 12, 2016. As of November 12, 2015, the company had nil shares in treasury under the dividend capacity and nil shares in treasury under other capacities.
