The objectives of the Company are to provide shareholders with upfront tax relief, an attractive income and returns through capital appreciation and the payment of dividends. The Company’s investment policy is directed toward new investments in businesses that either have the potential for high growth or are cash-flow generative businesses with a high-quality customer base. The Company invests in various sectors, including financial technology, healthcare, logistics, human resource technology, middleware, cyber security, education, telecommunications, hydroelectric power and gas power.
