FSN Capital Fund III managed by FSN Capital Partners AS signed an agreement to acquire 89% stake in Troax Group AB from Accent Equity 2008, L.P. managed by Accent Equity Partners AB on January 7, 2013. Troax Group AB reported sales of €71.7 million in 2012. ABG Sundal Collier Holding ASA acted as financial advisor to Accent Equity.
