GRANT OF SHARE AWARDS UNDER THE TRITECH GROUP PERFORMANCE SHARE PLAN 2021 ("TRITECH PSP 2021")

In accordance with Catalist Rule 704(32) of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited Listing Manual Section B: Rules of Catalist, the Board of Directors ("Directors") of Tritech Group Limited (the "Company" and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") wishes to announce the following grant of share awards ("Awards") under Tritech PSP 2021, adopted by the Company at the extraordinary general meeting held on 29 July 2021.

		The remaining 10,000,000 shares were awarded to selected
		employees of the Group who are not Directors, under Tritech PSP
		2021 (the "Eligible Employees").
Vesting period		The Awards granted to the above Directors and Eligible
		Employees will vest on 11 October 2021, in recognition of their
		satisfaction of the performance criteria and relevant service
		conditions determined by the Remuneration Committee.
