On March 4, 2020 the Board of Directors of AltaGas Canada Inc. declared a dividend of $0.26 per Common Share, payable on March 31, 2020 to Shareholders of record at the close of business on March 13, 2020. The ex-dividend date is March 12, 2020. This dividend is an eligible dividend for Canadian income tax purposes.
