ANNOUNCEMENT

APPOINTMENT OF VICE GENERAL MANAGER

The board of directors (the "Board") of TravelSky Technology Limited (the "Company") hereby announced that with effect from 23 July 2020, Mr. Yuan Leifeng（袁雷峰）has been appointed as a vice general manager of the Company.

The biographical details of Mr. Yuan Leifeng（袁雷峰）are set out below:

Mr. Yuan Leifeng（袁雷峰）, aged 55, is a senior engineer. He obtained a bachelor degree in Engineering from Shandong University of Science and Technology, a bachelor degree in Economics from China University of Mining and Technology and a master's degree in Business Administration from Guanghua School of Management, Peking University（北京大學光華管理學院）. From 1993 to May 2020, he worked in various departments such as the Planing and Development Department of State Ministry of Coal Industry（國家煤炭工業部規劃發展司）, State Administration of Coal Industry（國家煤炭工業局）, General Office of State Economic and Trade Commission（國家經濟貿 易委員會辦公廳）, Planning and Development Bureau, Integration Bureau, Science and Technology Innovation and Social Responsibility Bureau（規劃發展局、綜合局、科技創新和社會責任局）of State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, and served successively as chief officer, assistant investigator, investigator, department head, vice counsel and deputy director etc. He has been engaged in planning and investment of the central enterprises, science and technology innovation management, informatization development and other works for many years. Since June 2020, Mr. Yuan has served as a member of the standing committee of the Party Committee of the Company.
