Maciej Radziwill, chief executive officer of Trakcja - Tiltra Spolka Akcyjna announced that changes in the company's management board should be expected soon. He revealed that he will resign from the management board. CEO also admitted that he regrets the decision about taking over Tiltra Group as the financial problems of its unit, Poldom, affected the entire group's results and reputation among investors. Trakcja, which had been focused mainly on profitable construction services in the rail sector, started ailing after the acquisition of Lithuanian companies Tiltra as well as Kauno Tiltai. It has expanded into road building sector, which has hurt the group's results as many other construction companies, as they had offered low prices for their services, while then had to struggle with skyrocketing material costs and losses.
