Extended Opportunity to sell shares

You will be aware from earlier correspondence that Tinci has delisted from AIM following shareholder approval at an EGM. You will also be aware that Mr Xu, the Company's majority shareholder and Chief Executive, agreed to offer 20 pence per share for the ordinary shares that he does not already own subject to the delisting and to re-registration as a private company. I attach the Purchase Offer that you were sent last month.
I am writing to inform you that Mr Xu has agreed to extend his offer to acquire shares in the Company to Friday 6 March 2015. If you wish to take up this extension to the offer, please complete and sign the attached Purchase Offer Form and return it to Computershare at the address given.
Payment for any shares offered under this extension will be made on Friday 13 March 2015 or as soon after as possible.
