Dalian Zeus Entertainment Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002354) agreed to acquire 42% stake in Jiaxing LEWAN Network Technology Co., Ltd. from Xiao Tiping, Yongxin Haohao Technology Research and Development Center (Limited Partnership) and Pan Ximing for approximately CNY 470 million on January 24, 2017. Dalian Zeus Entertainment Co., Ltd. will use own funds or self-financed funds to fund the acquisition. Jiaxing LEWAN Network Technology Co. had total assets of CNY 112.57 million and net assets of CNY 5 million as on November 30, 2016. The Board of Dalian Zeus Entertainment approved the transaction on January 24, 2017. The transaction does not need to be approved by the shareholders of Dalian Zeus Entertainment.
