Tianshui Huatian Technology Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002185) signed an equity transfer agreement to acquire the remaining 27.23% stake in HuaTian Technology (Xi' an) Co., Ltd. from China Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund Co., Ltd., a fund managed by Huaxin Investment Management Co., Ltd. for approximately CNY 740 million on March 1, 2021. Post deal completion, HuaTian Technology (Xi' an) Co., Ltd. will become fully owned by Tianshui Huatian Technology Co., Ltd. In September 30, 2020, HuaTian Technology (Xi' an) Co., Ltd. reported a total assets of CNY 4.3 billion and total common equity of CNY 2.5 billion. The transaction was approved by the Board of Directors of Tianshui Huatian Technology Co., Ltd.
