Dongfeng Industrial Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire the remaining 24% stake in Dongfeng (Wuhan) Industrial Co.,Ltd. from Tianjin Motor Dies Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002510) for approximately CNY 310 million on April 26, 2021. For the year ended December 31, 2020, Dongfeng (Wuhan) Industrial Co.,Ltd had revenues of approximately CNY 2.1 billion, total assets of approximately CNY 2.2 billion, operating profit of approximately CNY 120 million, net profit of approximately CNY 130 million, and owner’s equity of approximately CNY 940 million. The transaction is subject to shareholder’s approval. The transaction has been approved by the Board of Tianjin Motor Dies Co., Ltd.
TIANJIN MOTOR DIES CO.,LTD. is a China-based company principally engaged in the research and development, design, manufacture and distribution of automobile body cover dies and the related products. The Companyâs main products include automobile body cover dies, automobile body stamping parts, automobile cover testing parts, as well as equipping and welding chucks. The Company is also involved in the provision of repair services. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets.
